Long gone are the days between the wars when we used to enjoy bacon omelettes and old coffee at the rustic Peiffeschof in Arlon! Transformed into a luxury hotel and inn after the Liberation, the establishment wrote a new chapter in its history with the arrival of Thierry and Paule in 2000. A year and major renovation later, Hotel The Originals Hostellerie du Peiffeschof reopens its doors. Paule, a former primary school teacher, ensures the smooth running of this charming Arlon hotel and the well-being of its guests. Thierry, who trained with some of the greatest Michelin-starred chefs, is in charge of the kitchens.
