Tattert Wetland
This site, once occupied by a fishing pond, has now become a natural wetland dedicated to biodiversity and tranquillity.
Over time, the water level in the pond has gradually dropped due to the activity of beavers, who built a dam a little further upstream on the stream that once fed the pond. This transformation has led to the emergence of a new ecosystem typical of wetlands.
Informative panels invite you to discover the richness of this environment: the inhabitants of the pond, the birds of the woods and the traces left by the beavers.
To observe nature up close, a wooden pontoon has also been installed, offering a privileged view of this constantly evolving natural environment.
