La Régalade
In the Arlon region, La Régalade smells of sunshine. The name itself evokes convivial dining: régalade is a custom in the south of France whereby guests pour drinks directly into each other's throats. Sandrine comes from this region, whose colours are reflected in touches of the contemporary décor.
The restaurant in Toernich is both convivial and gourmet. Eddy Mertes' inventive cuisine has been recognised by the Gault et Millau and Michelin guides. His dishes are seasonal and inspired by the garden. The chef highlights this quality of flavour, taking you on a journey with a range of spices and herbs. The menu is updated every 6 to 8 weeks to keep pace with nature.
The premises are steeped in history, as the chef's grandparents' farm gave rise to this beautiful setting. Past the reception and lounge, Sandrine welcomes you to the old barn with its bright extension. The owner will recommend the ideal wine to accompany your meal. Indulge in the wide selection of regional cheeses she has put together for you.
La Régalade also offers the option of hiring the venue for your private or corporate events.
