On 21 July 1981, Raffaële Talotta, originally from Calabria, decided to open Restaurant Pinocchio, which over the years has become a well-known institution in the Arlon region.

Initially known for its Roman-style wood-fired pizza, for 42 years it has been committed to offering customers typical Italian cuisine, combining fresh, high-quality ingredients.

This is why Restaurant Pinocchio, nestled in the heart of Arlon, pays particular attention to artisanal production.

Since the 2000s, the pasta on the menu has been freshly made in-house. These include lasagne, cannelloni and ravioli. With its diverse range of homemade dishes, Restaurant Pinocchio takes you on a journey to the heart of Italy. But that's not all: to ensure a 100% immersive experience for your taste buds, the owner decided to start producing artisan ice cream in 2016.
